Delete your account & data

TrekTrack is operated by UltraForge LLC (New Jersey). You can permanently delete your account and the personal data we hold for that account. This page is the public request link for app store and privacy compliance.

Fastest option: In the TrekTrack app, go to Settings → Your data → Delete account. That removes cloud trips, settings, and your login from this service on the spot (when online).

1. Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email us from the address associated with your TrekTrack account:

Or write to info@trektrack.pro with the subject line TrekTrack account deletion request and include the email address used for the account.

2. What we delete

When an account is deleted, we remove or irreversibly de-identify data tied to that account, including where applicable:

Account / authentication records for TrekTrack
Trip history, routes, and related mileage data
Settings and preferences stored in your account
Legal acceptance records for that account
Entitlement / Pro status stored for that account
Expense records and receipt files stored for that account (when that feature is enabled)

Local copies on your device (caches, offline preferences) may remain until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

3. Timing

In-app deletion: processed immediately when the request succeeds online.
Email requests: we aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request (often sooner). We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account email.

4. What we may retain

We may retain limited information if required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our Terms (for example, records of a deletion request itself). We do not keep your trip history for advertising.
