Delete your data

TrekTrack is operated by UltraForge LLC (New Jersey). This page explains how to delete personal data we store for you (trips, settings, and related records). Use this link for app store and privacy “data deletion” requirements.

1. Delete data in the app (recommended)

Open TrekTrack while signed in:

Delete all trips — Settings → Your data → Delete all trips. Removes every trip for this account. Keeps your login and settings.
Delete account and all associated data — Settings → Your data → Delete account. Removes cloud trips, settings, entitlements, legal records, and the account itself.

2. Request data deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email us from the address associated with your TrekTrack account:

Or write to info@trektrack.pro with the subject TrekTrack data deletion request. Tell us whether you want:

All personal data and the account removed, or
Trip / location data cleared while keeping the account, or
A specific subset of data (describe it in the email).

3. What data this covers

Depending on your request and what you use in the product, this may include:

Trip history, miles, notes, and stored route/map points
Account identifiers (e.g. email / auth id) when the account is deleted
App settings stored in your cloud account
Legal acceptance records for your account
Pro / entitlement records for your account
Expense and receipt files stored for your account (when that feature is enabled)

4. Timing

In-app: trip wipe or account deletion runs when the request succeeds online.
Email: we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days (often sooner).

5. Device data

Deleting cloud data does not always erase every local cache on your phone. Uninstall the app or clear app storage if you want local leftovers removed.
